Before this story, I have never seen an SGA/SPN cross that hadn't come across as something like a comic-book-ultimate-showdown thing. (Trust Gabriel to actually make the collision work!) But you very obviously show a depth of love for both shows with how well you wrote and portrayed the characters/canon from both universes. You did a fantastic job blending in subtle references here and there that made the two seem like natural fits, and I loved it.
The way you portrayed both Rodney and Gabriel was excellent. They were both so wonderfully in character. (Rodney dragging Gabriel around, experimenting/testing him was beautiful, as well as his in character neuroticism. Gabriel putting up with it, his seduction-by-chocolate, his judicious use/abuse of powers. All of it: fantastic!) By the end, both when I first read it and now, I'd be happy for any more of this collision/collusion of universes, even if it was the mad ramblings of 'and, heh, what if *this* happened? Or this!?'
Second, awesome job with the use of 2nd person pov. Obviously the most difficult to successfully utilize, and you pulled it off with an ease and panache that makes the rest of us look like losers for struggling so much with it.
So, obviously, really great job. Congratulations, and thank you very much for sharing this with us!
