1960 - Penguin Books is found not guilty of obscenity in the Lady Chatterley's Lover case It still surprises me to no end that this movie was considered obscene back then. There's hardly ANYTHING in it!!! Also, why did Lady Chatterley's Lover get all the bad press but THe Rainbow didn't? It was practically the same book!
