*shakes Internet*
*pokes through debris looking for prompts*

Anyone?

Right, bored as usual. So.

Name me a character and five fandoms (not counting the one the character came from)*, and I'll try to do a 5+1 type of fic (the +1 being picked by myself).

In short - 1 character + 5 fandoms - go?

*creativity in picking fandoms is encouraged, with the usual qualifications as regards fandoms I'm just not familiar with.

If you love me, give me cracky crossover prompts.

Working on a prompt fic, and kind of in the mood for more, so.

Give me a prompt, any promp - one rule only: it has to in some way involve Norse Myth.* Cracky crossover prompts are particularly welcome :-)

*insert usual qualifications regarding unfamiliar fandoms etc.

I'm spending the days gradually packing up my stuff, my apartment, my life - getting ready for tuesday - moving day. In between I get horribly frustrated by practicalities of a thousand different sorts...

To distract me and to have something to waste my mind on while doing boring, mindless, moving stuff, I'm taking cracky crossover prompts.

The rules are simple: name two fandoms (preferably ones you have reason to think I know) and a prompt of at most 3 words*. And I'll see what I can do, though I won't guarantee speed, considering...

*If you manage to pick fandoms that I am unfamiliar with in whole or in the specific relevant part, I regret that you'll have to try again.

Name me a fandom (NOT Supernatural)*. Give me a prompt - max. five words. I'll see what I can do?

*Bonus points for thinking outside the usual boxes, apologies (and two replacement prompts) if you pick something I either don't know or can tell from the word go I can't write.

Still bored - and still in the mood to write cracky crossovers. So.

Give me two fandoms. Give me a character from each fandom. I'll see what I can do*

*unless the fandom or characters are unfamiliar to me, in which case, my apologies.

As I'm still in the mood for it and since the world hasn't ended (not even in the US), I'm taking crossover prompts. Any takers?

Puny mortals.* Dear flist.

I'm feeling the need for distraction in these troubles times. So, I'm offering crossover prompts. Any takers?

*and I need to stop reading fic with Loki and Doctor Doom - even if he is just telling the Eurovision hosts how Latveria votes.

Right, well, I'm feeling a bit bored these days, and feeling like I really should be getting back in the saddle at the writing desk and - as noone really dared my challenge - I'm just going to be straightforward and ask.

Would you give me prompts? In fandoms I know and preferably not PotC, as I'm not feeling that inspired around those parts as of late (we'll see how watching the new movie in - let's see - that'll be a little less than 10 days will affect that), though if the prompt is inspiring enough, who knows?

Anyway, prompts? Only one rule - they have to - in one way or another, involve Norse myth. Any takers?

I want to try to build up my store of non-crossover SPN fic for various reasons, so: leave me prompts. Pairing/prompts, 5 things prompts, whatever prompts. I'll give it a try? Just, no crossovers, much as I love them.

The first TEN people to comment in this post get to request that I write a ficlet of any pairing/character of their choosing (within reason, people. Within reason :P). In return, they have to post this in their journal, regardless of their ability level. (If you absolutely can't write, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to offer drawings or icons or something instead.

One additional condition - no PotC requests, please. If I've squeed or something about a fandom or you are otherwise sure I know it, go ahead - I want to expand my horizon, so to speak ;-)

So, I've discovered that evening shifts at the children's library often (not always, but often) have a tendency to be pretty - uneventful. And I've discovered that apparently sitting at that desk with little to do is somehow conducive to my creativity. So.

The first ten people (if that many can be persuaded to give a damn) who comment on this post will get to give me a prompt of some form, and I will write them a fanfic. You're welcome to think outside the box, and I should mention that I love crossovers. I can't guarantee any kind of time limits on when stuff will be finished, but I promise that I will do the writing - the only exception being if I am not familiar with a given fandom. (Well, unless some fandom sounds so interesting that I have to go make myself familiar with it... anyone?)

Well? Any takers?
