One year it would be cool to somehow get a boat and sail along the coastline - nearly any coastline, as long as it's Danish and reasonably populated - on Sankt Hans eve. Just floating by, watching all the bonfires on shore.
This year was the first year in many that it wasn't raining or cold or generally unpleasant (or, in one memorable case, so hot and dry that the authorities prohobited bonfires). So, went down to Snekkersten, got eaten by mosquitoes, couldn't hear the bonfire speech or the Midsommer song, but did get a fine view of the burning pile of wood and witch they had put out on the water. It was rather nice.
Another thing that might be fun on Sankt Hans would be to visit Bloksbjerg. Just to see what all those witches get up to down there...
