I think I am going to start a list over the movies I watch this year, and since I somehow managed to get through January without watching a single movie, I can start it here and now.

1. Sweeney Todd: the Demon Barber of Fleet Street

Poor Sweeney. That's right, I wound up feeling deeply sorry for the crazy mass-murderer with the strange hair. Anybody surprised?

Also, new rule to myself. After several years of parking my moped at Snekkersten Train Station in the evening and night because the local busses aren't exactly convenient at that time of day and it's just easier on the rare occasions that I have to stay in Copenhagen late, well, after several years of doing so without worse trouble than someone covering the mirrors in some black stuff that I could easily scrape off, I am going to stop and not park my moped there anymore. Because today I got off the train to find that someone had tried to steal it, had tried to break the padlock on the chain that chains it to the bicycle stand off with a rock. Fortunately, this time the padlock would open when I tried the key - unlike the padlock that got completely ruined when someone tried to steal my moped not a handful of times of coming home late from Copenhagen ago. They say third times the charm. I'm not willing to take that risk. I guess I'll just have to take the bus from now on, even if the wait in the evenings can be up to 45 minutes and there are no busses after midnight. Dammit. Why can't people just leave that moped alone? It's not even new or anything, I bought it first year in gymnasium, it's old and doesn't want to start when it's cold and why the hell can't those bastards just leave it alone? Why this sudden interest in a stupid moped?

This is a public service announcement. This rant it officially over. Thank you for your patience.
