A few months ago I bought a new watch - it wasn't particularly expensive and it was a bit bigger than my usual taste, and it went a bit fast, so you to set it back every few days, and you literally had to wind the bloody thing. Still, I liked it - why else would I have bought it? And maybe it was a tad large, strap-wise (is it even called strap when it's metal?), and maybe I had noticed the locking mechanism seemed to come open a bit too often as of late, but - well...
Long story short, I had a watch.
Long story involves being at Hillerød Kræmmermarked and noticing my wrist was bare, and looking around, but it wasn't there, and holding out hope that it had gotten tangled with my jacket sleeve, when I took my jacket off to leave it in the car, but no such luck. Just typical.
At least it wasn't expensive. But still, just typical...
