(no subject)

I find myself craving a crossover between the current season of LoT and Good Omens.

I mean, I’m sure John must at some point have stumbled into (and been firmly ushered back out of) a certain bookshop in Soho. Or Charlie met a bloke in fancy snakeskin boots and fancier sunglasses, suggesting that it’d be a lark to impersonate Her Majesty for a gig.

Moving on from panicking

I got my tumblr export down - let’s not talk about the size of it. Must be all those reblogged gifsets.

My wordpress import finally started, and then it stopped - turns out free wordpress has a slight issue of size, which, again, all those gifsets and the occasional reblogged fanvid.

But I got my backup down, and honestly? Having taken a couple of days to panic - I got the backup and I don’t really expect tumblr to start deleting entire blogs, just filter all over the place to prevent innocent eyes from seeing dangerous things like bouncing baby goats and suggestive vegetables. So.

I am going to see whatever that “we’ve got a plan to save tumblr” thing is I reblogged - maybe that’ll work. If not, well - if tumblr does as they said they would, I expect to get notified what posts of mine they flag come the 17th, and judging by their success so far, well, I expect to challenge some of those and, since - frankly - I’m not overly invested in whatever screencaps of naked vikings I might have posted once upon a fandom or any fan arts of more recent fandoms - others I’ll probably just leave or delete, depending. I’m not - I reblog pretty pictures, sure, but my own primary medium is words. I can’t art for the life of me.

And then we’ll see how things goes from here.
