*smiles, nods* I'm constantly surprised by how adorable I find Alan, in particular, considering that he is occasionally a truly vicious man. Maybe it's that he reminds me a lot of Jack Vincennes, a man who got so caught up with surviving and triumphing in an ugly world that somewhere along the way, he forgot what it was like to be decent for its own sake. Heh.
