Apparently Mads Mikkelsen might get to play a villain in Thor 2. I wonder which one - sadly, I'm not sufficiently familiar with the comics for one to seem immediately obvious...
Which would fit with what I think I can remember hearing about Amora being the main villain this time around :-) (though Mads Mikkelsen would make a decent Fenris in human form, too - he has that scruffy look (and then they could bring in his cooler big brother to play Jor-as-human)).
As I recall, they don't use Fenris much in the comics. Hel is a major villain, and Jormungandr shows up every once in a while to give Thor a very bad day, but not the wolf. And Vali is a criminal mastermind who is very pissed at Loki as well as all of Asgard.
