And now I find myself in want of a fic where Grandpa Olaf (of The Almighty Johnsons) knew Steve back during WWII* and post-Avengers he decides to take his latest dodgy passport and go visit New York...**
*Admittedly, I also want fic where Steve met Nikola and Helen and basically the Five back in the day. I suspect I might be partial to pretty much any fic with Steve meeting still-living-just-fine-thank-you-very-much individuals he knew back in the day - though honestly, Olaf would be especially awesome.
**Despite the conflicting Norse pantheons and the fact that Cap was pretty much a European theatre kind of soldier and Olaf, being from New Zealand, probably fought in the Pacific, though you never know - the Brits did have soldiers from all over all over, so maybe?
