I have been - not particularly productive this bygone year, fic-wise. I count seven fanfics, all in all, and none of them particularly long.

Starting with the latest, as the Yuletide reveal has just happened, I present to you all my Yuletide fic:

Just A Servo Robot (4614 words) by oneiriad
Chapters: 1/1
Fandom: Space Girl - The Imagined Village
Rating: General Audiences
Warning: No Archive Warnings Apply
Relationships: Space Girl/Servo Robot Rocket Pilot
Characters: Space Girl, Servo Robot Rocket Pilot
Summary: She was an adventurous young woman, flying as high as she could, and at the end of the day, he was just a servo robot, right?

It hasn't so far been one of my more succesful stories, but then, the fandom (such as it is) seems to be reasonably obscure, even by Yuletide standards. Ah well.

As for the remaining fanfics, they can be divided into two groups:

Avengers, yes, because I - like pretty much everybody else in fandom, fell for the movie and the characters. I wrote three fics, all of them crossovers, none of them long:

Midnight Encounter, a tiny little fic about Tony Stark finding Chip (from Beauty and the Beast) in his cupboard. As you do.

Such Stuff As Dreams Are Made On, a fic about Steve Rogers adjusting to the 21st century and seeing a therapist, which crosses over with Pirates of the Caribbean.

For Want of A, a story about Thor which goes AU during the Thor movie, as Loki never went mad and - though he did visit Thor on Earth - never lied to him - meaning, alas, that Thor a year later has yet to find some way of proving worthy of Mjölnir. This story was a crossover with Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

And then there was The Almighty Johnsons (which is getting a third season - yay!). Where I finally got tired of waiting for other people to write and tried my hand at it myself.

Visiting Vinland, a brief crossover with Supernatural, where the Winchester brothers encounter some of the Johnsons.

Surfing the River Lethe, which focuses on grandpa Olaf and is also a crossover, as I had him meeting my favourite trickster, Sun Wukong.

Leavings of the Wolf, a tiny, little ficlet (closer to a triple drabble, except I didn't count the words) in response to a prompt asking for Tyr (which, as Tyr has not been encountered in the show and - considering the latest Tyr is canonically dead - probably won't be). Apart from my Yuletide story, this manages to be the only fanfic I wrote this year that wasn't a crossover. But then, I think I've mentioned before how, if I had to pick one fandom, it would be crossovers, so to speak.

And as for 2013? I hope I'll manage to be more productive. For one thing, I have a [livejournal.com profile] xover_exchange story I need to get serious about. *pokes brain*

YOUR FIC LOOKS EPIC COOL. It was definitely on my list of stuff-to-read, but I failed at reading Yuletide pretty hard this year. I'ma get to this!

Oh, I really want to read your Yuletide! Must remember :-) And a couple of your others I haven't read sound good.

Heh, sorry it was a pain to write. Why was 2012 such a slow writing year??

I think I spent a lot more time on the fandoms list than reading, too, but more in the sense of recognizing too many things and being unable to decide what to check out first.
