8. House of Cards season 1.
This was fun. What I particularly enjoyed was Frank and Claire essentially being a nefarious power couple (I really hope they work through their problems).
9. Oblivion
What a dull movie. Far, far too predictable and far too long and slow-moving...
10. Tin Man
Oh, this was fun. I'm not entirely sure how they picked the title, since the Tin Man was no more prominent than the rest of the cast, but still - a nice, steampunky not-precisely-a-retelling of The Wizard of Oz.
11. Midsomer Murders: The Killings of Copenhagen
So, I had to watch this. The plot is pretty standard Midsomer, all the characters are completely, utterly wrong, and I break my brain trying to figure out the route the drove through Copenhagen to get to the police station. Anyway...
12. Ettor och nollor
As I watch: I think he's Keyzer Söze. After I watched: hey! I was right!
13. The Great Gatsby
Visually gorgeous, storywise - kinda trite? Anyway, if I hadn't known the story, the beginning would have had me convinced that Gatsby's interest in Nick was - well, not his cousin. Nick being a naive, young protege to wealthy recluse Gatsby, just as Gatsby was once the naive, young protege to another wealthy recluse. Yeah, so, subtext.
