Still no noticeable time difference - so, I strongly doubt there's any deleted bits.
I'm missing the deleted bits. I'm halfway convinced it's a sign that they don't actually have any interesting story these days, because when the plot was interesting, we had extra scenes, and now?
Why are they eating crappy food? They are besieging Paris - they have the entirely countryside in midsummer to pillage and plunder to their hearts' content. Went there vinyard near Paris back then?
I wonder what Gisla would/will say, if she realizes it was women she was worrying about capturing women alive? As long as Lagertha is along, that particular fate-worse-than-death is probably not anybody's main concern.
