Apparently there's some sort of posting pact thing going around? And I'm not joining it, I'm not, but I keep meaning to post more over here instead of on tumblr (except tumblr's where my primary fandom primarily plays around these days, so...).

Anyway - I voted today. 1½ week before the election, but it's not like I'm going to be around for the election, since I'm going to be in Iceland next week (have I even mentioned that over here? Iceland vacation yay!).

I should be making lists. Figuring out exactly what I need to bring (clothes, camera, you know what I mean) and what to do this week (which is lovely and off work). Like whether to go see Jurassic World before going to Iceland or after I come home. Except when I come home, there'll be Pride, finally finally Pride, only almost a year late, and I'll want to go see that one. (Anybody want to go see Pride with me? Make an outing of it, stop by the Street Food Market first and then a movie?)

So - anything new and exciting with any of you lot?

No, post here! I don't do tumblr. (What is your primary fandom that is there? My primary fandom is there too, but the way people do it on tumblr doesn't appeal to me, so no big loss, only a tiny bit of regret.)

Iceland! I want to hear all about Iceland!

The tv show Vikings. Which is actually the reason I joined tumblr in the first place. And I do enjoy the sheer level of fannish enthusiasm over there. And the gifsets. But I miss LJ/DW as was as well....

Iceland? Nothing to tell - yet. Soon, though, soon.

Huh, maybe I will give it another try, then. I actually never looked on tumblr for Vikings stuff, though I am sort-of-in the fandom. That at least makes sense; my primary fandom that is on tumblr is a book fandom, and mostly it consists of gifsets of...fancast models and cars.

And yay for Iceland! I should go vote too, just to be safe. I will be home for the election, but if a plane gets cancelled, I won't, so...

Food is always good. Food and Pride is better. (I still haven't quite forgiven MIX Copenhagen for not showing it last year - it should have been such an obvious pick, but no...)
