This weekend we had ourselves a small fannish get-together in Copenhagen.

Friday we - as in me, [personal profile] lysanatt, [personal profile] blnchflr and [personal profile] ximeria - descended upon [personal profile] kabal42's place for take-away and the most noble game of Slash!

Saturday, [personal profile] ximeria, [personal profile] blnchflr and I started the day at the museum Davids Samling, where we spent time admiring the collection of Islamic art and artifacts, which are gorgeous. Then we went to Statens Museum for Kunst, where we met up with [personal profile] kabal42 for a slightly more modern bit of museuming.

And then, in the late afternoon, we went to see the play Shakespeare's Ghost, which was a bit short, but a quite enjoyable tale playing with the conspiracy theory of Marlowe having actually been the author of Shakespeare's plays.

(Anybody want to help me persuade Vivienne McKee that Linford Brown needs to be in this year's CCC? (Which I really want to be about Vikings, but which I suspect might end up having a Shakespearean theme, considering).)

Perhaps not the most complicated of weekends, but it was fun.

And today I got to play with fire. (And no, I wasn't anywhere near Stormgade. Okay, I was near, but I wasn't in it.)
