You know, I had been hoping, considering how much they've talked it up the last couple of years, and considering it's 400 years since the Bard's demise, and since Kronborg has previously been visited by some most illustrous actors, that this year's offerings of the thespian sort at Elsinore's largest castle would be - well. More interesting.

I'll admit they are varied. But there's not really anything that made me snap up a handfull of tickets on the expectation that waiting would be a bad idea.

Two of the plays might be interesting - The Two Gentlemen of Verona, performed by actors from The Globe - but unfortunately it will be right at the time I'm kinda hoping to be abroad on vacation, seeing the sights and all that.

Measure for Measure, though - a Russian production and it sounds somewhat interesting. Would anybody be interested in going to see a Russian Shakespeare play with me in the first week of august?
