34. Kick-ass
This is a fun movie, pure and simple. Excellent and seriously screwed up and is there such a thing as Kick-ass/Red Mist slash? Enquiring minds wants to know :-)

35. Deadwood season 2.
Ian McShane makes an awesome bad guy. Which is one reason I'm looking forward to PotC 4.

36. Den 2. side season 1.
Danish television doesn't generally make any genre tv - no science fiction, no fantasy - unless you count productions strictly aimed for kids, which I got sick of doing years ago. Once in a rare while they experiment with horror, which this is, kind of - a horror sit-com. It's about a pair of brothers hunting ghosts (sound familiar?), though I'd say this pair are more ghostfacers than Winchesters any day of the week. The plots are played for laughs - mostly ghost-hunting in old houses and a train and Bakken, spiced with the traditional demon-possessed girl and an episode where a bunch of vampire larp'ers manage to accidentally summon a Lovecraftian god. Mind you, if only the actors were only a bit more conventionally attractive, I suspect the fangirls would have a field day with this (well, that and they knew the language), particularly the more and more inventive ways the brothers competitor, a very succesful medium, keep trying to seduce the youngest brother, culminating in a scene where he has him alone and blindfolded in a hotel room and they are both in their underwear. Slash, anyone? Or if some of the plots were transferred elsewhere, though I have a hard time imagining a scene in Supernatural with Sam getting raped by a demon possessed teenage girl in his sleep. But somehow I doubt it. Anyway, it's not great, but it's entertaining to see something other than crime drama and family drama in Danish tv.

37. Bronson
Don't get me wrong, I like a bit of the old ultraviolence as much as the next girl, but when it's all there is? *yawn*

38. Iron Man 2.
I would like to have seen more of Pepper - because she is awesome - and I would have liked less of what I saw of her to have been an unconvincing romance plot with Tony Stark, because they don't have to be a couple, they are awesome as boss/employee best friends.

39. Hot Fuzz
We watched this during the Odense Fan-Meetup. It's a hilarious British comedy parodying both cosy mysteries and action series, and the slashy subtext is pretty much not sub.

40. True Blood season 2.
I seem to mostly be watching this for Erik Northman. I suppose I should find him slashy, but the chemistry with Lafayette got ruined pretty thoroughly by the post-traumatic-hallucinating-Erik-in-a-dress thing, so - although, Erik/Jason might be fun. Or not. Admittedly, the series itself is all over the place and can't seem to make a decent storyline for the life of it, so... Yeah. Anyway. Although, speaking of Erik, can somebody please tell me why vikings are supposed to be tall? I mean, having visited a few museums and read a few books, I've noticed more than once that the average height of Scandinavian men in that day and age was, well, shorter than me. So why all the tall vikings? I mean, an occasional freakishly tall viking vampire, sure, but all of them?
