52. Strit & Stumme
This used to be one of my absolutely most favourite movies as a kid and seeing it again, I must say, it actually seems to have survived me growing up just fine. Admittedly, the animation isn't the best animated Danish movie from that period ever managed (that honour goes to the Valhalla movie, somewhat predictably), but the story is fine. It's just a shame that nobody seems to want to put it out on dvd (and the version someone nice has put out on Youtube is sadly lacking in that the intro narration bit seems to be missing). I mean, I don't get why - the other animated movies from my childhood- whales and whalehunting, Norse gods, orphaned birds vs. big bad hawk - all seem to have made it. Is there some sort of prejudice against post-apocalyptic dystopic science fiction for kids? Do you think it might be the slavery or the mind rape scene? On the other hand, you never seethe Hans Christian Andersen biopic/The shadow animated movie anywhere either. Ah well...

53. Doctor Who season 4.
Donna Noble - wasn't quite as awesome as the fan-squeeing had let me to expect,. but pretty awesome all the same. At least she managed to keep the Doctor mostly under control - Ten needs that, really.

54. Pushing Daisies season 2.
Not quite as lovely as the first season, though the series managed to expand its universe and even managed to round off its storylines considerably better than most things I've seen - also, Olive Snook rocks :-)

55. Vampire Diaries season 1.
Considerably better than the books, at least so far. I really hope they never just go the threesome way - since, girl-nice vampire-bad vampire was kind of done to death already. Anyway, Damon is fun, particularly since he might very well be a bad guy, but he's not the antagonist - he cares about his baby brother (just never tell him that, or he'll go do bad things to Stefan just to prove he doesn't), he's just not particularly moral about his own behaviour (and by that I mean "totally-willing-to-kill-random-people"). Also, Damon/Alaric might hold some interest, in a nice bit of screwed-up fanfic kind of way - since of course Damon starts courting someone by killing them. I was actually just gearing up to see the potential for Damon/Zach when Damon killed him - maybe that's just Damon's way of showing he cares? Nah. But I like evil villainus characters that I'm allowed to cheer for at least some of the time :-)

56. Perdues dans New York
You'd think a movie about to girls fantasizing about a magical New York with vampires and dangerous robbers would be a little more exhiting?

57. House season 5.
Don't get me wrong, House is awesome and the cases are interesting/weird as always, and Taub is a nice bit of fun and I'm sorry about Kutner and vaguely annoyed by the baby-storyline for various reasons... but is this series loosing steam? Hoping season 6 will be a bit more. Or maybe I'm just misremembering half of it, since I've been watching it from a jumble of channels - seriously, it's like a race or something, watching which Nordic country is ahead with House episodes, more so than most series. Mostly Sweden, briefly and most shockinly Denmark, but Norway finishes first. And the occasional internet accessed episode... of course.
