First the list:
1. Gabriel (Supernatural)
2. Susan Sto Helit (Discworld)
3. Commodore James Norrington (Potc)
4. Lord Miles Naismith Vorkosigan (Vorkosigan saga)
5. Lord Peter Wimsey (Wimsey mysteries)
6. Methos (Highlander)
7.Jack Sparrow Captain Jack Sparrow (PotC)
8. Lisbeth Salander (Stieg Larsson's Millennium-trilogy)
9. Åland (Scandinavia and the World)
10. Loke (Valhalla comics)
And then, the scenarios:
Divide the list into evens and odds. Each team must choose a leader. Who do they choose, and why, and how much blood was spilled in the process?
Starting with the evens, at first it will probably be Miles taking charge, being all Admiral Naismith and commanding and not really from a democratic tradition - which last up until Loke says something sexist and stupid (as he inevitably will) in Lisbeth's vicinity and, then, well - afterwards it's pretty obvious Susan's the one in charge, though Loke's mostly admitting it because she has a firm grasp on his ear, and Methos is just amazed at how she managed to talk Lisbeth into handing over the nailgun - and the hammer - and the molotov cocktail - and the... you get the general idea.
The odds, hmmm. Well, both Jack and Gabriel are obviously going to think they're in charge. Obviously. And they're probably going to choose Gabriel as leader, because of the whole archangel with cosmic powers being hard to argue with thing. Admittedly, it's going to be Wimsey and Norrington actually doing the leading and just letting the others think they're in charge. All the while Åland is pretty much minding his own business, maybe being helpful - and then Gabriel says someting or does something and pisses him off... (maybe an offensive remark about Sweden?) Poor Gabriel.
3 and 4 must compete in a duel for the hand of 7. Why, and what results?
Well, I'm not sure it's for his hand - unless hand as in bodypart attached to the general body of Jack Sparrow counts. Maybe something in his hand? Anyway, Commodore Vorrington is definitely going to win an actual duel, because Miles might be brilliant and all, but he's still a dwarf, and James is not going to let anyone take his Jack - he might be a goddamn Jacksonian, of the famous space pirate House Sparrow - but he is James' goddamn Jacksonian, savvy? Which is all beside the point, since Miles wouldn't be duelling in the first place - he'll simply convince Jack that the mystical nano-compass embedded in his hand can be very profitably used to assist the Dendarii on their latest mission.
1, 6 and 8 are framed for a crime they didn't(?) commit, and must go on the run together. How well do they survive the experience, and do they ever manage to prove their innocence?
Gabriel, Methos and Lisbeth Salander. On the run. Together. Oh dear. An archangel/pagan god, a ancient immortal who specialises in hiding in plain sight, and Salander. Well. Gabriel snaps them up a comfy pocket dimension with internet access, and Lisbeth spends her mad hacker skillz to track down the real criminals, while Methos does his best to keep everybody (meaning mostly Lisbeth) from turning violent. And while they might survive the experience, whoever framed them - probably doesn't. And there's probably a nailgun involved somewhere... (seriously, you'd think people had learned not to frame Lisbeth Salander after the last time...)
10 and 2 are forced(?) to be partners for a month. How well do they work together, and how many around them survive the experience?
Well, they work just fine together - which means that every time Loke's about to start something, Susan looks at him very pointedly, and he remembers about the little ear thing, and he doesn't do it. And at the end of the month, he runs away - far far away - from the scary girl. Seriously, she's worse than the valkyries. And Freya.
