You know, I don't think LJ likes us anymore...

Right, so, I've moved to Dreamwidth (oneiriad over here too) - going to sit down and figure out who on my flist has journals to follow over here on of these days, clean up a bit, that sort of thing.

I'm going to be crossposting to my LJ, but after this latest thing with old comments getting deleted (fortunately, initial checking seems to indicate that I imported my LJ to DW in time) has me seriously considering turning off commenting on LJ, only allowing it on DW.

This really, really angers me. I didn't mind them purging journals that had been deleted over two years ago, but going through *my* journal and deleting things is a terrible idea.

That is awful. It makes me cringe just thinking about it. I can't imagine the kind of mess that would make of things. Urgh, so awful :o(
