Don't get me wrong, the thought that Frigg has been there all along is fine, is great, and the bit about her dad and all that - that's great. Except the series has still failed to explain the - well, as Zeb put it: the "unless there were Maoris in Asgard" part - because I like Gaia and I'd be perfectly happy with Gaia as the love of Axl's life (even if they are a bit young, aren't they?), but I am still going to await an explanation (maybe the Maori pantheon are also running around New Zealand and Gaia was the result of a mixed marriage?). When a fantasy world makes rules about something, it's really annoying when they go and break them without as much as an explanation.

That said, I'm loving how it seems that the various plot threads from earlier on are beginning to weave together. I really hope Colin's going to show up again soonish, too. I miss Colin. (And this episode has made me wonder if he smells like pie? And if not, why not? Isn't Loki a Jotun = a giant???)
