The kebab? Actually, without the chili, it was kind of bland...

And if you mean those one-on-one meetings she's doing with everybody, I haven't had one yet - by the time she got to schedule me in she had already so many scheduled, so I won't be having a meeting until wednesday. Though she seems nice enough, from what I've seen and what I've heard from those meetings she's already had with some of the others in the office.
