I got a mail about the VIP preview of Iron Man 3 on the 24th of april and I was considering asking if people have plans, except the tickets seem to be selling quickly (Imperial has less than 150 available left) and it hardly seems the bother considering the general release is the next day. Though maybe?
In the continuing saga of asexuality cropping up in strange parts of Danish media: crappy dating shows! (The Danish version of The Baggage, specifically). Except they don't talk about asexuality, but apparently, one person's baggage was not wanting to have sex, and reading that article, I really think somebody should mention the word asexuality to that woman. And maybe I'll catch the rerun of the show, see how it played out on screen, though honestly, just that article kind of made me bristle.
And for the third thing: Apparently Lise Nørgaard is doing a radio show Episode 25 of Matador, and while admittedly she has previously talked about how she thinks stuff happened post-tv-show, well, maybe there'll be something new.

Ugh, that sounds… bad.
That, however, sounds great!

Anyway, seriously. I can put a quick post in Dkfen, ask if anybody else wants to come? (It.s 24/4 18:30, all Nordisk Film's cinemas). Imperial only has seats right up front, but there are also other options?
And as for Lise Nørgaard, it does sound great (though I find it kind of sad that the best Danish tv series ever is literally from before I was born)...

I would be up for it. At least if there's any other perks to it than seeing it early? If not, it might be worth waiting and get a proper seat in Imperial.
I'm looking forward to what she comes up with :-) (It is sad! I was alive when it was made, but I was quite young *G* )

Of course I'll be curious to hear her ideas for what happened after Ep24, but on the other hand -- it's such a Rowling syndrome thing, and I actually liked that she had vetoed any continuations until now :oS

The most frustrating bit to me -- out of all the many bingos I caught just skimming the thing -- was that she said "I'm not asxual" and then gave AN EXACT DEFINITION of asexuality in her self description. Argh ;__; I mean, I respect people's right to self-identify however the hell they want, but under INFORMED circumstances, dammit.

I understand the need for denial; the demands that society has told us we must have are really hard to kick to the curb... but dammit... *pulls hair in frustration* Finding an asexual lover isn't impossible. She would make things so much easier for herself if she admitted what she is.

You know, I had the impression that he sorta liked Ironman, but I was probably wrong. It could have something to do with the fact that Kabal dislikes Robert Downey Jr so much. So, no... he probably won't go, not unless we drag him there.
