Hmmm. Needs more Athelstan. I really hope episode 3 wasn't the high point. Also, apparently Kattegat is the name of the village, which at least puts Norway back in the running (though why would they name it that?). Although I have this odd suspicion that it's supposed to be Sjælland - after all, the legendary Ragnar Lodbrog is sometimes connected with Lejre and there's Roskilde Fjord, even if it certainly doesn't look like that...

I wonder what it says about me, that the last two fandoms I've found myself falling into* are both foreign fandoms centered around the ancient history and mythology of the North...
