So, I don't know how many of you've ever read Travel Light by Naomi Mitchison (which is an absolutely lovely fantasy novel about a girl who was raised by a dragon and has adventures and ends up a valkyrie at the end) - if you haven't you should go read it right now.
Anyway, if you have, you should go read my Yuletide present this year, The Game In The Choosing, because it is lovely and gorgeous and feels like somebody might have time travelled back and gotten Naomi Mitchison to write an epilogue.
(Meanwhile, my own story has gotten two kudos so far, one of which is from the recipient, so that's something.)
