16. Agent Carter season 2.
17. Wolf Hall
Having just watched The Tudors, it's remarkable how different two versions of the same story can end up being.
18. Eskimo Diva
Why aren't there any tv shows set in Greenland or the Faeroe Islands? The FI would be the perfect setting for a Nordic Noir show. Somebody found murdered during whaling season, suspects involve celebrities and whale wars people, murder solving expertise sent from DK and teaming up with local cops, clues (good or red herrings) lead to religious extremists and fucked up homelife people. It'd be perfect for the genre. And Greenland - give me a tv show set in Greenland.
19. Daredevil season 2.
April
20. Sleepy Hollow season 3.
At this point, I'm kinda hoping it doesn't get renewed. I mean, they've killed one lead, and the thing I liked best about Ichabod - his fish out of temporal waters bit - has pretty much faded, which is fair, considering he's been living in the present so long now, but still. No Abbie and no Crane vs. the 21st century :-(
21. The Flash season 1.
It puzzles me that DC are capable of making perfectly entertaining tv shows, but their movies are all so grimdark and I just don't want to see more of them (except Wonder Woman - that one I want to watch). Anyway, this show is okay - I don't think I'll bother grabbing more than the Captain Cold episodes of season two, because it didn't quite catch me, (and what little I saw of Oliver Queen left me deeply uninterested in seeing that show), but it's fine. I must admit, I can't quite see the Coldflash ship - I adore snarky, nasty villain Leonard Snart, but this version might be affably evil, but he's anything but cuddly. But I definitely like him, even if the LoT version has definitely gone soft on his new team.
22. Lucifer season 1.
23. Captain America: Civil War
I liked it. I miss the wow effect I left the cinema with when I watched Avengers the first time, but I liked this one. The mental image of Steve Rogers in a VW alone. And Bucky! And it was a nice fight scene. Spiderman - felt too young. Tony recruiting him, it felt too much like putting a child soldier in the field - and imagine if Steve had known how young the kid is. And while I forgave him in the end, T'Challa running around for most of the movie doing exactly what everybody and especially Wakanda complained about the Avengers doing? Yeah, didn't like that. Let's go do our level best to kill a man based on a grainy picture of a man wearing a ski mask thing, that's super heroic and honourable...
