Legends of Tomorrow was supposed to be my cute, happy, carefree, silly time travel superhero show, a kinda-not-quite-rebound for an increasingly not-the-show-I-fell-in-love-with-Vikings, you know?

It wasn't supposed to be serious. Except I found myself really liking Leonard Snart. What can I say? I like villains who manage to stay villains and at the same time end up deciding they like this annoying bunch of heroes they ended up with - which Leonard kinda fit. Not quite, but close enough.

And then they killed him.

Except the actor's going to be back in season two, and there's probably some timey-wimey stuff going on. Also, apparently Wentworth Miller has signed on for next year on a special contract, where instead of a LoT regular he'll be a regular on all (and I suppose that means none) of the arrowverse shows. As in both Flash and LoT, maybe Arrow, maybe Supergirl, since that's moving.

Except he died, so unless he somehow didn't die, will it even be really properly him?

Dammit, when did I get invested in this bloody character? (Not the show, the show is silly and sometimes bad and mostly fun and the other characters are okay, but I was in it for Leonard Snart, dammit. This Leonard Snart. And it's a fine death, but I'd like my shows to stop killing the characters I watch them for, you know?).

(Also, I was kinda planning/working on a Snart-centric LoT/Vikings crossover, but now it feels almost jossed. Dammit. I want to write it, but Leonard Snart is dead...)
