You get an e-mail from Nordisk Film about a free Westworld event at the cinema. You call trying to get a ticket, but all lines are busy. You go pokemon hunting for a bit, then try again, only now the automated message has changed and now it's saying that event is sold out. (Is it sold out if the thing was free in the first place? Nevermind...)

Typical.

Apart from that I'm just sitting down to watch the first episode of the second season of Lucifer - which is premiering almost no time after the end of season one. Unlike Vikings, who just announced that season 4B will only be a fall show for literally less than a handfull of hours...

Apart from Lucifer, I've finished watching Justified (I will miss Raylan Givens and Boyd Crowder's fucked up frenemy thing - even though these last couple seasons I grew to dislike Raylan and they barely interacted for far too long.)

And I just watched the entire run of Doris & Mary-Anne Are Breaking Out Of Jail. Which is less than ten minutes, but a fairly fun webseries about a couple of women prisoners in the 1920s, though I'm not confident enough in my knowledge of the roaring 20s to dare to offer it for Yuletide. Hey, [personal profile] calvinahobbes, might this be something you'd like?

Speaking of Yuletide - two down, one to go.

Oh, and I'm trying to get people to write Coldwave Creature AUs fanfics, which lead me to write a centaur!Mick Rory in the wild west ficlet.

That, in and of itself, isn’t exactly surprising. Mick’s been working in mines since that day when he, barely a half-grown colt at the time, had followed the crazy old Scot who had shacked up with his mother down the mine shaft and watched him set the charges.

He’d never looked back.
