Five years seems like an awfully short time to build up a functioning Time Bureau, but okay.

Why is Sara working in a crappy shop? Oh, and Nate just grew even creepier, with his Amaya-look-a-like date.

I keep having to pause this episode for embarrassment squick related reasons. Please get past this point, episode.

So, apparently only Mick and Stein are actually happy and functional in 2017. And Rip really should have, oh, I dunno - involved the rest in the Time Bureau somehow? He should have seen this coming.

At least they actually address Caesar speaking English.

"No powers. It can make the anachronism worse!" First of all, they totally stole that from the rewrite. Second of all - this is their own time??? The age of superheroes? How would Firestorm in 2017 Aruba make anything worse?

Now this. This is the legends actually being guilty of breaking history. Never give somebody in the past a history book, damnit. Even if he just pick-pocketed it. (Correction: Nate broke history. Some historian he is. (Also - Nate's a historian and carries around what looks like a very layman's history of Rome type book?))

Can we have Mick stop commenting on women's hotness? It feels like somebody discovered Coldwave and are trying to disprove it by making him aggresively heterosexual - or maybe gay and pretending not to be? I dunno anymore.

And they get to keep the ship and fly about in the end. That wasn't a very interesting opening episode.

Rip said he spent the last five years forming the Time Bureau, right? Where did they get the portal tech? The Time Masters used timeships. Where did he get the temporal portals?

Amaya seems - a bit darker this season? Channeling spirit animals to kill German poachers offscreen?
