Where fandom should go next

Instead of going to or building some new social media site, paid or free, we should pool our resources and buy a proper old castle - I'm thinking the German, Eastern European or Balkan corner of Europe - and just move there. Have some nice deep dark woods with howling wolves, ominous towers and a goat farm. Maybe a moat to keep the antis and capitalists out.

See, ghosts are pretty much free, since they don't require upkeep. Vampires are bring your own and you need to provide them with soil from their native land and all necessary nutrients yourself - but you do get a bonus attached crypt if you bring one.

Small islands are overrated - some of them don't even have a decent water supply - and rarely come with deep dark woods. Though I suppose we could occupy an old offshore platform like Sealand did?
