I don't know how I feel about fangirl-turned-literary agent. Oh, and look - Gary the apprentice sorcerer.

Nice to see more of John's demon buddy. Sort of. Though I half expected him to jump into Gary right then.
Rasputin seems fairly nice, for "one of history's most evil villains".
Behrad seems nice - possibly less strictly a good Muslim boy than his sister was?
Why would Rasputin killing the Tsar's change history that much? Then he'd just come face to face with the communists and probably end up buried in cement somewhere by practical minded craftsmen faced with an annoying immortal...
Proposal: shrink immortal!Rasputin and stick him in a doll house?

Fangirl turned "handing over the novels" - I think I've read that Mary Sue fic. A long time ago. I think it was Vampire Chronicles and it disappeared, so I suspect Anne Rice happened to it...
