I am sitting by my computer - it is reasonably late and I am pretty tired - and next to me I have a piece of paper that says that I am done. I have finished. I have graduated. It was given me today in a big envelope by the the school principal (who was wearing a strange silver chain around his neck, adorned with every letter in the alphabet from a to å) - many others got similar envelopes with similar pieces of paper in just before and after me, and there had been some singing and a couple for speeches and there was a large flower decoration next to the podium. Friends, boy/girlfriends, children, spouses, parents, siblings or whatever were there for almost everyone - my parents were there. The paper tells me that I am now, officially, a Librarian DB - and nobody can take that away from me. So, I have graduated - and I think that is something I will have to sleep on...

Is it true that real librarians get to carry a badge and a gun?

Re: Huzzah!!!!
I have no idea - *looks around* - hmm, at least it would appear that we don´t get get badges and guns in Denmark, but then, Danes are generally not very big on guns... maybe American librarians get them?
