It is illegal to drink too much and drive a car.
It is illegal to drink too much and drive a train.
It is illegal to drink too much and fly a plane.
It is not illegal to drink and sail (straight into a bridge, for instance) - at least not in this country.

I´m sure Captain Jack Sparrow would approve...

It is not illegal to drink and sail (straight into a bridge, for instance) - at least not in this country.
It isn't illegal here either. However, if you hurt someone, that person *can* sue. No alcohol limit on ships here. This is why the custom of maneuver sips is such a pretty one.

Ah yes, to sue - a bit hard in this particular case, though, seeing as the drunk managed to get himself killed in the accident.
