Yesterday I was in Copenhagen to look at ships. There was a privateer. He got wet. Afterwards I walked through the center of the city, to go to see a movie - Sin City. It's good, very good. A few weeks ago I read "Seduction of the innocent". While I sat and watched I kept getting reminded of bits of it. I wonder what the guy who wrote it would have thought of that. Rained too much for me to want to walk back through the city center to watch a sea battle. Maybe I'll go down to the harbour tonight around sunset, to watch some of the ships sail in...

Oh, it wasn't that big and impressive, really - and the rain made me not go to see the great big sea battle there was to be after sunset - complete with dynamite placed in the harbor to simulate explosions. But the ships were very pretty, yes :-)

Changes nothing, the thought of seeing pretty ships and battle simulations is enough to make me swoon... :)
