I have 76 works archived at AO3. Pick a number from 1 (the most recent) to 76 (the first thing I posted there), and I'll tell you three things I currently like about it.
14 - that'd be For Want of A (Thor/Buffy the vampire slayer)
Three things I currently like about it:
1. Thor taking college classes. 2. Tony cooing at Mjölnir, making Thor jealous. 3. The overall idea of it - that without Loki's actions in the Thor movie, there really isn't any decent opportunities for Thor to prove himself worthy of anything.
1. James. James and his stupid honour. 2. The hug. 3. The fact that I started with a fic with a reasonable happy ending and then went and wrote this. I wonder why I always want happy endings and fluff, and then turn around and write this sort of thing?
1. Marie Grubbe. The Marie Grubbe I wrote in the story, I mean - I remember I had the biography shortly before writing the story and I liked her, the historical her (on the other hand, I've so far been annoyed with both Blicher, Andersen and Jacobsen as far as the fictional her goes - and have yet to dare reading Juliane Preisler's Kysse-Marie, partly because the title annoys me). She must have been an awesome woman, Marie Grubbe. 2. The original Danish version - I really like the way that one turned out. 3. Jack being the grandson of a merman. Of course.
Of course I counted ;) Was I supposed to shout a random number?
It's one of your stories that I still think about, somehow? I can't explain it, something about it just really caught my imagination, and I can't seem to forget it again :)
I don't think there was any special rules about the numbers - personally, I used a random numbers generator a couple of times (and then it told me 42...) Anyway, I mostly asked because I remember you commenting on the story once upon a time and it seemed a bit of a coincidence... :-)
